Pure International uses email addresses to send newsletters, created for both commercial purposes and to share insights. Your first name and email address are collected via the subscription form on our website.
Enquiry Forms
Your personal data will be stored when you contact Pure International via a website form. Only the minimum data required to provide a service or proposal is requested — including your email address, telephone number, and project description.
Website Analytics
The Five Valley Residences website collects anonymous data via Google Analytics to improve the site experience. This data is not linked to your personal details. Newsletters are sent via Mailchimp. When you subscribe to the newsletter, your email address and surname are automatically stored in the appropriate list within the Mailchimp platform.
TransIP
The email infrastructure of Pure International is hosted by TransIP. Whenever you contact Pure International via forms or directly by email, those communications are stored on TransIP servers.
04 — Storage Period
How Long We Keep Your Data
Pure International stores your data only for as long as is necessary to carry out the relevant activity. Where there is no ongoing requirement, your data is not retained — unless legislation requires otherwise.
Newsletter Subscribers
Your email address and surname are stored in Mailchimp with no predetermined end date. You may unsubscribe at any time via the link at the bottom of any newsletter, or by emailing info@pureintl.com.
Contact Enquiries
Emails sent to Pure International, including your name and email address, are stored on the mail server for a maximum of two years from the date of receipt.
Analytics Data
Website analytics data is anonymous and not connected to any personal identifier. This data may be stored indefinitely within Google Analytics.

Your personal data is not physically copied. All data is held within the systems and software described in this document. Access to personal data stored by Pure International, or by the third parties mentioned above, is secured by password and two-step verification.
Devices used to access your data are additionally secured by fingerprint or password authentication, and access is limited to the minimum number of devices necessary.
Your visits to this website are secured by an SSL certificate, ensuring a fully private connection. You can verify this by the padlock icon in your browser's address bar. The domain is also signed with DNSSEC for additional protection.

You have the right to lodge a complaint with the relevant supervisory authority — the Authority for Personal Data (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) — if you have concerns about the way Pure International handles your personal data.

Legal Basis & Our Commitments
Pure International processes personal data on the basis of legitimate interest, specifically a commercial interest such as offering services or properties by email. Your data will never be sold to third parties.
Only the minimum data necessary to deliver the relevant service is ever requested. For example, your email address is required solely in order to deliver the newsletter. Where that information is not provided, Pure International may be unable to offer the service in question.
Where Pure International needs to share your data with the third parties mentioned in this statement in order to provide a service, your approval will always be requested first. Pure International reserves the right to disclose personal data only where legally obliged to do so, or where necessary to protect rights, property, or safety.
